HSV technical moulded parts is úw specialist in alle klussen rondom spuitgieten. Het bedrijf is een zusterbedrijf van HSV moulded foams en begon in 1968 met het fabriceren van EPS verpakkingen. Deze productie vindt plaats in Ede. HSV was één van de eerste bedrijven in Nederland rondom het produceren van EPS en EPP (thermoplastische schuimen). Diverse technieken bij spuitgietenSpuitgieten is de meest gebruikte techniek als het gaat om de verwerking van thermoplastische kunststoffen maar er zijn ook nog diverse technieken die hierbij gebruikt worden. Een techniek die vaak gebruikt wordt is bijvoorbeeld hoge druk spuitgieterij. Hierbij wordt de kunststof vezels gesmolten tot een vloeibaar mengsel en met de hoge druk gevormd tot een getempereerd matrijs. Een andere techniek bij spuitgieterij is de thermoplastische techniek. Nadelen die zich bij de hoge druk techniek voordoen kunnen hiermee worden verholpen. Hierbij wordt een chemisch blaasmiddel toegevoegd en dit middel wordt actief tijdens het smelten van de kunststof. Tot slot is er nog een techniek genaamd ‘Sequential Injection Moulding’ ook wel bekend cascade spuitgieterij. Dit is weer een alternatief voor de hoge druk spuitgieterij. Hierbij wordt de kunststof ingespoten in de matrijs in diverse aanspuitpinten – niet tegelijk maar in cascade.
